A deliciously fragrant, moist, and tender cake perfect for afternoon tea or snack time.

1 3/4 cups (260g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup (110g) butter
2/3 cup (150g) sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup (180ml) mango puree
1/2 (120ml) cup milk

Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz (225g) cream cheese
2 tbsp (30g) butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup powdered (icing) sugar
