Summer, summer, summer tiiiiiiiiime! Have you had your fair share of tasteless freezie pops? Are you holding on to every last ounce of this summer before it dwindles away? Are you freaked out by school supplies popping up everywhere & people using the phrase, “before school starts I need to…”? Because I am, to all of that. Although if I had to be honest, I’ll admit that the beginning of the school year is always so very exciting to me for two reasons: more peaceful playgrounds & trendy

2 cups mango (about 2 medium-sized mangoes)
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoons of demerara sugar (add more depending on the ripeness of the mangoes!)
1-2 teaspoon lemon juice

Blend together the mango, yogurt, cream, sugar & 1 teaspoon of the lemon juice. Taste & add a little more sugar/ lemon juice to your taste (I used 1 tbsp sugar & 1 tsp lemon juice). Freeze in popsicle...
