Mango Cucumber Salsa

Crisp cucumber and juicy mango make a great pairing in this not--too-sweet salsa.

1 mango, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 to 1 whole jalepeno, seeded and finely chopped (use more if you like more heat, but I'm a spice-wimp, so I always just use half. You could use a hotter pepper instead too if you want)
1 Tbs chopped cilantro
juice from 1 lime
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and let sit in the fridge for at least one hour. Serve with your favorite chips.
