The perfect chicken salad for every lunch, brunch and get together!

2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1/2 cup mango chutney
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced granny smith apple (about half the apple cut up)
1/4 cup diced green onions
the zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon curry powder
a few springs of fresh parsley or 3/4 tablespoon dried parsley
optional: 1/2 cup golden raisins and/or 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
