Great dessert, better if you use really ripe mangoes. If you're using less ripe mangoes, you may need to add a bit of sugar.

- 2 lbs of ripe mangoes
- Blend the mangoes until you get a smooth puree. Taste it. If not sweet enough, add a bit of sugar, to taste.
- Pour the puree on a freezer-safe dish or container and let it freeze completely. Take it out...
