Maple Toffee Cookies

Soft and chewy maple cookies with toffee bits and milk chocolate toffee bars!

3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 eggs
1 tsp maple extract (flavoring)
1 tsp cornstarch
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 bars (3 1/2 oz each) Green and Blacks Milk chocolate Toffee, chopped
1/2 cup toffee bits (Heath)

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with brown sugar and salt for about 3-4 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time. Add maple flavoring, cornstarch, flour, baking soda and baking powder. Fold in chocolate bars...
