- 150 g of butter
- 180 g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 180 g of sugar powder
- 1 sachet sugar vanilla
- 1 tbsp. pistachio paste or pistachio flavour
- green dye
- 25 g of cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Ingredients for the chocolate ganache
: - 83g of dark chocolate pastry
- 83g cream liquid
some coarsely crushed pistachios
- 150 g of butter
- 180 g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 3 eggs

- 1 sachet sugar vanilla
- 1 tbsp. pistachio paste or pistachio flavour
- green dye
- 25 g of cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Ingredients for the chocolate ganache

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Melt butter in the microwave or in a saucepan over low heat. Book.
