Marshmallow Fruit Salad

Great side for the spring & summer! It's an easy dish to put together & kids love it! You can adapt it to your liking by using your favorite fruits or whatever you have on hand. Add-in ideas include coconut flakes & nuts. *This can be a gluten free dish, just be sure to use GF brands for your ingredients.

20 ounces can pineapple tidbits in unsweetened pineapple juice

3 1/2 oz. box vanilla instant pudding

16 ounces Cool Whip

22 ounces (2 small cans) mandarin oranges, drained

2 cups green seedless grapes, quartered

10 ounce jar maraschino cherries, cut in half

10 ounce bag mini marshmallows
Combine pineapple (with juice) and pudding in large mixing bowl. Stir until blended and thickened. Fold in Cool Whip, oranges, grapes and cherries. Stir in marshmallows. Chill for several hours or overnight.
