Mashed Potato 'Pizza'

This is TASTY! It is as easy as making mashed potatoes but gives it a little flare! The kids will love it.

4 large red potatoes potatoes
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheese, I used Tex Mex
4 slices uncooked and finely chopped bacon
2 green onions, chopped
sour cream, for serving

Wash and thickly slice the potatoes. Add to a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer until fork tender about 20 minutes.
Drain and add the margarine, milk, sour cream, 1 teaspoon salt...
