4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thawed if using frozen), room temperature 20 minutes
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cups no salt added marinara sauce
ΒΌ cup low moisture mozzarella
12 slices uncured turkey pepperoni
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried basil
salt & pepper to taste
