8 slices Low Calorie Whole Grain Bread
1 cup chickpeas or garbanzo beans, cooked
1 tablespoon water
1 can Italian diced tomatoes with garlic, oregano and basil, drain the liquid into a container for later use
1 large avocado, look a large ripe fruit, seed and scoop out the fruit into a small bowl
