A simple, delicious, and super healthy meal

one heart of Romaine lettuce
a small handful (1/2 cup) of cooked sun-dried tomato chicken*
1/4 cup garbanzo beans
1/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese
a few pitted kalamata olives cut in half
a small handful (1/2 cup) cherry tomatoes
1/4 of a red bell pepper cut up
1/2 an avocado cut up
a few pepperoncini peppers
light balsamic vinegar dressing (to taste)
Toss all ingredients together and enjoy!
