You can certainly add in other ingredients, such as grape tomatoes, cucumber, even grilled chicken, so versatile. I went with what I know my family will eat, and we love it. Hope you will too.

1 cup Orzo Pasta
1 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1 2.25 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 t dried basil
Dressing:
1 1oz. pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
3 T olive oil
3 T red wine vinegar
2 T water
1 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
