1/2 Large Onion (Minced)
4 Medium Garlic (Minced)
1 Large Cucumber (Peeled and sliced)
1 carton Cherry tomatoes (Rinsed and sliced)
2 cups Spinach (Rinsed and sliced)
1 carton Feta cheese
1-1 1/2 tablespoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 jar Kalamata olives (optional) (Sliced)
1/2 Large Onion (Minced)
4 Medium Garlic (Minced)
1 Large Cucumber (Peeled and sliced)
1 carton Cherry tomatoes (Rinsed and sliced)
2 cups Spinach (Rinsed and sliced)
1 carton Feta cheese
1-1 1/2 tablespoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 jar Kalamata olives (optional) (Sliced)
In medium size bowl mix ground turkey, garlic, onion and seasoning. Mix with hands. Smell to taste. If you don't smell the seasoning enough add garlic powder or onion powder To your liking.
