At Woods-Fisk Palace we want the highest flavor with the least amount of time. Mesquite Steak has the bold flavor the can wow any dinner guest or reward yourself for a day well done while only taking a few minutes from start to table.

Tri-Tip Steak
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Crushed Red Bell Pepper
Paprika
Mesquite Flavor or Liquid
Ground Black Pepper
Salt*

**TIP: you can buy pre-made Mesquite spice mix in the spice isle however there can be extra additives no needed like sugar so if you go this route, please read the labels to ensure it matches your dietary desires
