Tracing back through history…I think the Norse Vikings were a big part of it. The local recipes that call for lots of butter,
I made it with a little soy sauce added.
Local recipe with some adjustments of mine.

2 Trout fillet
salt
flour
15 g butter
15 g butter
30 g butter
1/4 red paprika ( chopped )
1/4 yellow paprika ( chopped )

1 tbsp soy sauce ( option )
