fast, easy, and delicious, only one dish needed, Mexican Skillet dinner

1 tsp olive oil
1 small onion {chopped}
1 lb of lean ground turkey
2 Tbsp taco seasoning {I love Trader Joe's }
2 cups of cooked brown rice
1 cup of black beans {from a can}
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 avocado diced
cilantro {for garnish}
1 small onion {chopped}
1 lb of lean ground turkey
2 Tbsp taco seasoning {I love Trader Joe's }
2 cups of cooked brown rice
1 cup of black beans {from a can}
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes

cilantro {for garnish}
heat the skillet over medium
add the oil and onion
saute until soft {just a few minutes}
add the ground turkey, and cook until browned - stir to crumble [4 - 5 minutes}
