Yummy and fast way to start your morning right!

1 Apple
1 1/2 cups old fashion oats
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup skim milk (or almond milk or water)
1 tsp cinnamon
Sweetener of choice (sugar, splenda, brown sugar, honey, maples syrup: all work well)
1/4-1/2 raisins (optional)
1/4 cup chopped glazed walnuts (optional)
