¼ cup chopped onion
2 Tbs butter
? cup flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp sage
¼ cup parsley
2 cups water
2 potatoes diced
4 carrots diced
¾ cup milk

3 cups cubed chicken or turkey
