A scrumptious, paleo-friendly mini chocolate layer cake.

1 1/2 cups almond flour (Bob's Red Mill)
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder (Hain brand is grain-free)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 ounces Baker's Chocolate, Unsweetened (6 squares)
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat).
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
FOR THE FROSTING:
2 1/2 ounces Baker's Chocolate, Unsweetened (10 squares)
2/3 cup honey
2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup + 2 tbsp Soy Free Earth Balance Spread, softened (or Coconut Spread)
1/4 cup egg white powder (Hoosier Hill Farms or any plain Egg White Protein powder will do).
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 salt
