Fruit Tart Crust:
4 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 TBSP packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups shortening
1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
1 egg
1 TBSP vinegar
ice water
Filling:
Vanilla pudding
Fresh fruit
