Mini Grilled Potatoes

This is excellent campfood. Easy to make and extremely tasty!

10 small white potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp garlic salt
1. Wash each potato and dry with paper towel 2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and garlic salt. Add the potatoes and cover each potato with the mixture evenly. 3. Wrap each potato into a piece of foil. 4. Place onto grill on medium heat for 22-25 minutes on each side. 5. Remove from heat and enjoy!

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
