Mini Hazelnut and Blueberry Pies. Mini pies made with flaky pastry and filled with hazelnut frangipane filling and fresh blueberries.

For the Pastry shell;
75g butter, cubed & chilled
95g plain flour (3/4 cup measured correctly*)
1 Tablespoon icing sugar
2 Tbsp iced water
For the Frangipane Filling;
¼ cup white sugar
60g butter, softened
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ Tablespoon plain flour
½ cup ground hazelnuts
30-40 fresh blueberries
Icing sugar (confectioners) to dust
