Mini Honey Wheat Loaves

This bread is similar to the bread that you find at the Cheesecake Factory, except it isn't as dark. It turned out absolutely delicious and makes four small loaves, perfect to serve with dinner.

1 1/2 cups warm water
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 cup honey
1 2/3 cups wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee (optional)
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. yeast (1 pkg.)
cornmeal, for top
