Mini Mason Jar Lid Strawberry Pies

Mini Strawberry Pies are the perfect size for a summer treat. So pretty and easy to make.

1 3/4 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
1 pint strawberries sliced and tossed in 1 tbs sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
