Cute, bite size and delicious! Everyone will love this perfect combination of crust and pie filling!

Pie Crust -
(makes one pie crust)
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup cold butter, in small cubes
1/3 cup ice water
1/2 teaspoon salt

Pumpkin Pie Filling -
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
7/8 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 - 12 oz can evaporated milk
