Mint Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Last week, I had my annual cookie exchange with my Ladies Bible Study Group. Since we meet Thursday night, I needed something that was easy to put together with minimal prep--and these Peppermint Chocolate Brownie Cookies fit the bill! Perfect for a a chocolate fix, these are as easy as it gets!

1 package frosted brownie mix (has pouch frosting with the box)
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
3 tablespoons water
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Open up frosted brownie mix box and set aside frosting pouch. Place brownie mix and cocoa in a medium mixing bowl and mix well. Add peppermint extract, water, egg, and vegetable oil and mix until combined....
