For the Frosting:
5 TBS unsalted butter, softened
3 TBS milk
4 cups powdered sugar
½ tsp mint extract
4 drops green food coloring
For the Chocolate Drizzle:
¼ cup chocolate chips
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
