Mint Surprise Cookies

These cookies are loaded with a mint surprise. You’ll love the soft chewy cookie on the outside, and then bite into the taste of chocolate mint! The whole family loved these cookies! We think you will too!

1/2 cup butter ( softened )
4 Tablespoons margarine ( softened )
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cups flour
1 (12 ounce) bag mint patties ( about 36 mint patties )
