Miso Ginger Coleslaw is a perfect side dish this time of year!

6-7 c. shredded cabbage
1 red bell pepper, very thinly sliced or grated
3 carrots, grated
3 c. shredded kale
Dressing
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbs. white miso paste
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1 tsp. agave nectar (or honey)
1-2 tsp. black sesame seeds (optional)
