1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg, room temperature
¼ cup whole milk
2 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup dried mixed berries such as cherries, blueberries, cranberries (plus ¼ cup for topping)
2 Tbs course sugar
