Mocha Fudge Pudding Parfaits

Pudding and no bake cheesecake are layered in a glass with cookie crumbs to make an impressive but easy dessert.

10 chocolate cream filled cookies ( crushed )
1 ( 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened )
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons instant coffee
2 cups Cool Whip ( divided )
1 ( 3.4 ounce box instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding mix )
1 1/2 cup milk
