225 g or 1 1/4 Cups All Purpose flour sieved
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1/4 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
Pinch of salt
75 g or 1/3 Cup Butter or 1/2 stick
175 g or 3/4 cup Sugar
2 medium eggs lightly beaten
450 g or 3 cups peeled VERY RIPE bananas. (approx 4 medium bananas)
