Moist Banana Bread with Streusel Topping

This super moist, fluffy, soft and flavorful banana bread with crunchy streusel topping is perfect for breakfast or snacking.
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
a dash of nutmeg
½ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
4 very ripe bananas, mashed with a fork or potato masher
¼ cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
For the streusel topping:
3 tablespoons flour
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon unsalted butter, slightly softened and cut into pieces
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
