Moist Caramel Banana Loaf Cake

Are you looking for a cake packed with flavour? Or how about a moist cake, yet one that gives you a lovely texture from the soft cake contrasting with light, crunchy nuts and a delicious caramel and banana flavour? Well look no further!

225g or 1 1/4 Cups Plain / All Purpose flour seived
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1/4 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda (also called Baking Soda)****
Pinch of salt
75 g or 1/3 Cup Butter (melted)
150 g or 3/4 cup Sugar
2 medium eggs lightly beaten
450g or 3 cups peeled VERY RIPE bananas. (approx 4 medium bananas)
100 g or 1 cup roughly chopped nuts. I used macadamia, you can use walnuts, pecans etc.
1 Tablespoon Dulce De Leche.
1. Heat oven to 170C, Gas 3, 325F.
