1 cup cinnamon chips
2 3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoons vanilla
Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Glaze:
3 1/2 cups powder sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
7 tablespoons water
