Moist chocolatey cupcakes a.k.a.,the best cupcakes in the world.

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat the butter and sugars together in a large bowl, until fluffy. Add in the egg and beat until combined. Sift all of the other dry ingredients together in a different bowl. Mix all of the other wet ingredients together in a third separate bowl. Slowly add the flour mixture, alternating with the wet mixture, into the egg, butter and sugar mixture. Make sure to end with the flour mixture. Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips. Spray cupcake foils with Pam and ladle in mixture. Bake for 17-20 minutes.
