Moist Sultana Cake

250g margarine
1 c sugar
1 c mashed pumpkin (warm)
3 eggs
1 tsp lemon essence
1 c SR flour
1 c plain flour
1 1/2c sultanas
Soften margarine and beat with sugar and pumpkin. Add eggs and lemon essence. Beat until smooth and creamy. Mix in flours, followed by sultanas. Pour into greased tin and cook approx 1 hr at 180 C.
