Mom’s Moist Blueberry Muffins

Every July my Mom and her best friend take a Day Trip Adventure on the quest for Blueberries! My Mom has been taking this yearly trip every since I can remember. Every July she and her childhood best friend meet for lunch, shopping, and of course go to a Blueberry Farm. This year my Daughters and I decided to tag along and crash their party! Thanks Mom for helping me make a summer memory with you and my daughters.

• (1) Cup Granulated Sugar
• (1) TBSP Softened Butter
• (1) Egg
• (1) Cup Sour Cream
• (1) TSP Baking Soda
• (1) TSP Baking Powder
• (2) Cups Sifted Flour
• (1 ½) Cups Fresh Blueberries
