So I wanted to be a cool mom and make something extra disgusting for dinner since it's Halloween tomorrow. I decided to go with the Monster Meatloaf. Sous Chef Cortney told me to use Macadamia nuts for the toenails, but she really meant to say Brazilian nuts- idiot! Either works, but Brazilian nuts will resemble more of a toenail. 1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
2 eggs
1 TBL A-1 sauce
1 TBL Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp parsely
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 C. milk
1/2 C. quick oats, ground up (or bread crumbs)
1/4 C. Ketchup
1 tsp dry ground mustard
2 TBL brown sugar
