Muffins aux Fruits

2 Cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup fruit puree in the choice
3/4 cup fruit juice or milk
1 cup fruit into pieces
3 tablespoon melted butter
STEP 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. STEP 2 In a bowl, mix the egg, brown sugar, mashed fruit and juice or milk. STEP 3 In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Step 4 Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and mix well. Step 5 Add the melted butter and mix well. Step 6 Add the fruits into pieces and mix. STEP 7 Pour in the muffin molds packed with molded in paper (preferably in parchment paper) and cook for about 25-30 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown.
