STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
STEP 2
In a bowl, mix the egg, brown sugar, mashed fruit and juice or milk.
STEP 3
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Add the melted butter and mix well.
Step 6
Add the fruits into pieces and mix.
STEP 7
Pour in the muffin molds packed with molded in paper (preferably in parchment paper) and cook for about 25-30 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown.
