Ingredients for the Gravy

2 to 3 -Medium onions ( chopped )

7 to 8 -Tomatoes (chopped)

1 Tsp – Ginger & Garlic paste

Salt to taste

1 Tsp – Red chilly powder

2 Tbsp – Coriander powder

1 – Green cardomom

1 – Cinnanom stick ( 1? )

2 – Cloves

1 – Black cardomom

4 to 5 – Whole black pepper

1 Tbsp – Kasuri methi

1 Tsp – Sugar

3 to 4 – Green chillies

1 Tbsp – Oil

350 ml – Milk

Fresh coriander for garnishing



Ingredients for Marinate

1 Kg – Chicken

1/2 cup – Curd

1 tsp – Ginger Garlic Paste

2 tsp – Tandoori Chicken masala

Salt to taste

1 tsp – Red chilly powder

1 Tsp – Butter

Pinch of Red food colour
