1 T. dry sherry
1 T. hoisin sauce
3 T. rice vinegar
1 T. sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. ginger, minced
1 t. chili paste
1 (14 oz) package coleslaw
12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
