Mushroom Casserole by Valent

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
100 grams of onion
1 green bell pepper, cut into
200 grams of meat, cut into
3 tablespoons flour
200 mL broth
4 plum tomatoes, grated
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
200 g button mushrooms intact
300 g small potatoes boiled, peeled
salt to taste
How to Make: 1. Heat a little oil, saute onions and peppers until fragrant and wilted. 2. Add mince, stir until it changes color, then enter the flour. 3. Stir briefly, pour the broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Stir well. 4. Once boiling, add the potatoes jamurdan. Stir briefly, pour into a bowl that has been smeared with butter. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
