Mushroom pepper fry

Mushroom pepper fry is a very simple and easy recipe which can be prepared in less than 15 min.

1/2 lb mushroom sliced
1 medium size green pepper/capsicum
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp ginger paste (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic paste(optional)
4 curry leaves
2tsp oil
1. Heat the oil in skillet and add mustard seeds,when it starts to pop add curry leaves,cumin seeds and fry for a second and then add capsicum and fry for few min. 2. Followed by add chopped onion and cook with capsicum for 2 min,then add ginger and garlic paste . 3.Now add the sliced mushroom and salt and mix well.cover the skillet and cook for another 4 to 5 min. 4. Once the mushroom is almost cooked add pepper powder and stir well with the mushroom masala and cook for 2 min. 5. When done transfer the hot and spicy mushroom masala to serving plate and enjoy.
