I love eggplant dishes: dip, casseroles, grilled. Today I\\\'ve tried something more exotic. It won\\\'t be the last time I make this.

- 1 kg eggplants;
- 1 medium onion, chopped;
- 1/2 pomegranate;
- 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt;
- 1 teaspoon of sesam paste;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 2 tablespoons of mustard;
- salt;
