This Hot and spicy Goat curry is slow cooked until mutton or Goat meat just falls off from the bones. If you want extra gravy , add extra water in it, but I wanted my do pyaza to be dry.

1 Pound(400 Grams) Mutton/Goat Meat(Cut into small pieces , wash and keep )
1 Big Onion sliced thin
1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 Cup yogurt/curd
1 Tablespoon not chili powder(According to your preference of how spicy you want)
1 Teaspoon cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
2-3 Green chilies chopped fine
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Few Chopped Coriander Leaves for ganishing
Salt to taste
Lime juice of 1/2 a lime
For Tempering:
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Small onion roughly chopped into very big pieces
6-7 Dry Red Chilies
1 Big Onion sliced thin
1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 Cup yogurt/curd
1 Tablespoon not chili powder(According to your preference of how spicy you want)
1 Teaspoon cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
2-3 Green chilies chopped fine
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Few Chopped Coriander Leaves for ganishing
Salt to taste
Lime juice of 1/2 a lime
For Tempering:
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Small onion roughly chopped into very big pieces
6-7 Dry Red Chilies
In a saucepan kept on medium high heat, sauté sliced onions using a tablespoon of oil, till browned. Sprinkle little salt while sauting this helps in cooking them faster.
