My Grandma's Cookies
201
I grew up eating these cookies that my grandma used to make. They are super soft and yummy!!
30
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips, or any other flavors you like, one of our favorites is butterscotch. The cookies in this picture are 1/2 chocolate chips and 1/2 peanut butter chips.
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips, or any other flavors you like, one of our favorites is butterscotch. The cookies in this picture are 1/2 chocolate chips and 1/2 peanut butter chips.
Mix first 3 ingredients until creamy. And next 3 ingredients mix until blended, stir in any flavor chips. Place cookies on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes. I take mine out even though they might seem a little under
cooked. By the time they cool they are perfect.
