2 c Shortening
2 c Sugar
1 cn (16 ounce) pumpkin
2 Eggs
2 t Vanilla
4 c All-purpose flour
2 t Baking powder
2 t cinnamon,Ground
1 t Baking soda
1 t nutmeg,Ground
1/2 t allspice,Ground
2 c Raisins
1 c nuts,Chopped
1 t Salt
2 c Sugar
1 cn (16 ounce) pumpkin
2 Eggs
2 t Vanilla
4 c All-purpose flour
2 t Baking powder
2 t cinnamon,Ground
1 t Baking soda
1 t nutmeg,Ground
1/2 t allspice,Ground
2 c Raisins
1 c nuts,Chopped
1 t Salt
Cream shortening and sugar. Add pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla; beat
well. Stir together flour, next 5 ingredients, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Add to batter; mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop rounded
teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350
degrees F. for 12 to 15 minutes.
