Thick and cheesy slow cooker soup that warms you from the inside out!

1-1/2 lb. ground beef, browned with onion
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 pint enchilada sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. velveeta cheese
nacho flavored chips
Combine all ingredients in crockpot or slow cooker and cook on low till thoroughly heated through and cheese is melted. Soup does look very thick at first, but thins as it cooks.
